Defining the digital incident
We examine the disputed access, transactions or communications and the identity attributed to those involved. Different incidents require different legal assessments, and a screenshot alone does not establish who was responsible.
Electronic evidence and context
We assess messages, records, receipts and other available documents, including whether expert support is needed. The way information was obtained and preserved can be relevant to its use in proceedings.
Defence or action for an affected party
If you are under investigation, we examine the conduct and evidence attributed to you. For an affected party, we assess a criminal complaint, private prosecution and a related claim. We do not predict whether lost funds will be recovered.
Useful documents for an initial discussion
